When I received the kit, it came well packaged with a spray bottle and 6 refill packets. The instructions were very, very simple. Fill up the spray bottle with warm water, put a packet in (without cutting it in any way), let it sit for a minute and then lightly shake the bottle. There isn’t a strong smell which is very important to me because I have allergies/asthma and get headaches easily from strong smells.
We have hardwood floors throughout the majority of our home. Over the last 20 years I’ve numerous cleaners and I’ve never truly found one that I liked and have stuck with. They’ve either left the floor too wet/took too long to dry, didn’t feel like they cleaned it, too sticky, or too slippery. I’ve resorted to cleaning with vinegar and water which I still wasn’t happy with. I think I’ve found my keeper! I couldn’t believe how clean my floors were! I even used it on my laminate floors, which seem to get a haze on them from other cleaners and loved it! Wow, wow, wow!! I definitely want to try the other cleaning products that they have to offer!
