In this demonstration, we compare the air flow produced by the Royal RY8300 to a full-sized Dyson DC17, a Hoover WindTunnel T-Series, and a Royal ProSeries. i agree royal is the best you can get on the market today, ive owned a few newer royals with the higher amp motor and they certainly can whoop all vacs. tremendous air flow for the win!

Actually, we didn’t say the Royal was off the carpet. What we said was we just turned it on and went for it. But, we did make the video you asked for, the upload failed last night. I will try to load it again today.

@Colt45sWITHLando Thank you for showing me and doing a FAIR TEST. Yes the royal has more air flow than a dyson :). Now I want to see something else… Have a riccar radiance go up against a royal(the best vacuum). I want you to have BOTH motors running the by pass and dirty air motor. Lets see the “Undertaker” TAKE on that challenge.

Pin that Royal against the Dyson in a talcum powder test, and we’ll see who stands out.
The nozzle on the metal Royal was probably lifted higher off the carpet than the Dyson or the Hoover. If you raise the nozzle off the floor a little, there is better airflow going into the vacuum.
