I’m impressed with it,
I bought this vacuum to make cleaning my laminate floors a little easier with dog hair, crumbs, outside dirt, grass, etc. So far it has delivered and more in making it a breeze to go through the house compared to my upright Eureka I had been using for a few years now. This is my first canister vacuum, it definitely is compact, the bin is small where the dirt goes, but my house isn’t that huge and I would think anyone who vacuums often enough to not fill up the canister in one use would want to clean it out after using it each time. Emptying the dirt is so simple, unhook it from the base, go over to the trashcan, unsnap the bottom and the dirt falls right into your trashcan.
Biggest Pro to this little device is the suction, I was shocked at how much suction it had. If I vacuum over a area rug it sticks fast and if you push it to clean on the rug it picks up the rug, I managed a way to get it to not suck fast, but on my laminate floors, it glides nicely sucks up everything in it’s path. It’s fairly quiet as well compared to my upright. Another pro is the retractable electric cord, instead of wrapping it around those hooks, you push one button and it rewinds back into the machine. This vacuum is also lightweight. One con to the canister is the cover of the filter in the one wheel, it does fall off sometimes causing the filter to fall out. Another would be no place to hook the attachments to the canister and the hose is pretty long, kind of hard to store.
Overall, if you don’t want to pay for a Dyson canister, this is a great alternative.

Too Much!,
When I first read the reviews for this product I thought that too much emphasis was placed on the sheer pulling power of the vacuum. Normally when we look to purchase one we look for the amps and whether or not it has enough power to get deep down in the rugs as well as the easy jobs with hardwood floors, etc.
Well, to my serious amazement, this little machine CAN PULL!
Right out of the box I began using the unit. The first thing I found was that the “plastic” used to make the cleaner’s body wasn’t a cheap plastic, and even though the Hepa Filter wheel seemed to be a little loose, it didn’t make a difference to me, mainly because I would carry around the machine while cleaning anyway. As soon as I lowered the arm to begin cleaning, the immediate sucking power was VERY noticeable. So much so, that after I finished cleaning, I opened up the easily accessible dust bin, and out came about two inches or so of pure dirt. Now I’m considered a pretty neat person, and most call me obsessive compulsive about this, but we do have a dog and he does track in a lot of dirt….dirt that I thought my old cleaner was vacuuming out of the rugs. Man was I surprised at the amount of hair and dirt I found I took out of my rugs with this little cleaner. Between this, the easy dumping into the trash of the dirt and grime the machine accumulated, and the ease by which the entire product functioned when quietly running, I would swear Eureka could easily have charged hundreds more for the unit…heck, the Dyson Animal cleaner goes for over $400.00 and from what I am reading, it didn’t even have the pure suction power of this little gem.
Other than the loose wheel on the side (easily fixable with a little duct tape placed inside to keep it on), this is THE BEST vacuum cleaner on the market today; bar none. I pray that it lasts a long time and wouldn’t hesitate in the slightest to recommend it for those of us on a budget and not able to spend a fortune on bells and whistles.
