Great for quick pick-ups,
I bought this vacuum about a month ago, and it has really impressed me! I wanted something that I could quickly take out and take care of every-day dirt and pet hair in between thorough vacuuming, and this does the trick! It has enough battery life to take care of nearly every room in my 1200 sq.ft house (again, for quick jobs) and has enough suction to pick up larger dirt chunks and cat food pieces. I don’t use the rug function for much, and I imagine that the battery life will be decreased if you use it more, but for wood/linoleum floors, it does great!

I just purchased the Eureka 109A on the Eureka website for $39.99 and they have the 108A for the same price also. I have the vaccumm and have used it several times. It works great! I don’t see a problem with suction. I use it to do the kitchen floor and spot cleaning on my carpet. I use it on my throw rugs and it does a great job. I can’t believe how much pet hair is removed from my throw rugs. Haven’t exhausted the batteries yet, I keep it on the charger all the time. I rate this product 5 stars. Really worth the money!

This vacuum is terrific for wood and tile floors. The retractable cord is a big plus-no manual winding. The handles are long enough to reach a flight of stairs before i have to move the canister.
