Wasn’t planing on the video, but I sucked up a screw and broke the fan so I decided to make a repair video.

Good repair job. Pretty soon that fan will be 50% glue.

Did you use a needle nose to pull the springs that hold the top?

Is it a reverse thread on the piece that holds the fan on and is the belt pulley?
