    I bought this after ordering the iRobot and returning it. That other one was a) too expensive, b) too complicated, and c) didn’t do many of the things this 790T does. I bought this one because it cost less and had features the other one did not have. I have a Boston terrier and a Chihuahua.790T can handle pet hair like a pro. I have some disabilities that make cleaning daily impossible which also made finally cleaning harder because the mess multiplies every day you can’t clean for health problems so that its an even bigger job when you finally feel like you can tackle it. Not anymore. I wake up, start the coffee, let the dog out, start the robot vacuuming, let the dog in, stir my coffee, sit down and drink coffee while the robot cleans diligently. It’s freaking awesome. And finally no grubby hair or gritty kitty litter when I walk barefoot. I love it. He seems to get smarter about that as he get experience but I could be imagining that. The motor is extremely quiet considering how ordinary large vacuum cleaners sound. He is more of a whisper. The side brush and main brush allow him to clean better and bat any stray dog toys out of his path. He has safety features that are pet friendly even if the pets aren’t cooperating. He can return to his charger automatically. Based on the cost compared to other robotic vacuums, it is totally worth the money.

    This little thing is truly amazing.

    Setup was relatively easy using the app, just follow the onscreen directions. The app is pretty cool as it allows you to adjust the robot settings, set a cleaning schedule.

    This is a great robot that when used regularly will keep your floors clean and greatly reduce the need to haul out the vacuum. I live alone so based on my results I’m not sure I’ll ever have to pull out the vacuum again! I loved the results so much I had to buy a second one for the second floor of my house. Thank goodness I don’t have a basement!
