What’s the best bagless canister (not upright!) vacuum?

B S need help to clarify doubt about: : What’s the best bagless canister (not upright!) vacuum?
I’m trying to find a good vacuum for both my home and cleaning my car. My preference is that it be under $ 150 CAD.

Handling wet stuff is more of a bonus to me. My main criteria are:
– strong sucking
– easy to carry around
– able to handle hardwood as well as carpet
– not expensive
Actually, a lot of of companies other than Dyson make bagless canisters – Hoover, Dirt Devil, Bissel, etc.

I think pretty much every company makes them. I just want to figure out which one would best suite criteria.
