dyson!!
Most Kirby vacuums have a special setting for pet fur. I have two cats and mine works great! But it was also much more that $200. I’m not sure you could find a vacuum that has all that criteria for under $200.
The best is not a vacume at all, you should try rubber dishwashing gloves. just rub against the carpet and it will work. then just pick it up…works great for in your car too.
I’ll tell you what we just bought a Dyson vacuum and it the best one I’ve ever owned. It’s a little pricey but well worth it if you don’t have to buy a new one of the other brand every year because they loose there suction, this one does’nt. They do make one specifically for pet hair but we got the one just below that one. It works great, it’s yellow in color and I think it was $500.00 or so. I thought I would tell you the color because they come in different colors. Good luck and happy sweeping!!!!!
Eureka 431AXZ Optima Lightweight Upright Vacuum! AND It;s only $60!!! Available @ Amazon.com or Home Depot or Lowes or Target, etc.
I have hardwood floors and two shaggy dogs. I am AMAZED at how well this little vacuum works!!! It even picks up hair on carpets.
Pros: Lightweight, powerful, cheap, works well.
Cons: You will need to empty the canister often and "unstick" the hair from the filter, but that’s an easy 60 second job. New filters are avaibale @ Bed Bath and Beyond for about $15. Lasts about 1 yr.
Get it!
