DIY (Do It Yourself) an Effective Transparent Tubes Gutter Cleaner. I use 10 Gallons Vacuum Cleaner and transparent tubes in order to watch the leaves and the water sucked down from the Gutter. Duct tape holds the tubes tight. I have been using this Gutter Cleaner for almost 10 years, once a year, after the rain washes all the leaves from the roof to the gutters. Cost was less than 0. Make sure to get large wheels, as 10 Gallons of water and leaves are heavy to carry.

I got them at Home-Depot, they were sold for in-home Vacuum Tubes.
