I’m in the market for an upright vacuum and I want to buy one that has alot of suction and that will last for more than a year or two…any suggestions?

Another idea for a source of an upright vacuum is estate auctions. In my part of the country, it seems as though every estate auction has an Electrolux, a Kirby, or a Rainbow vacuum for sale. These are very expensive vacuums and usually sell at auction for under $ 30.00. Make sure the attachments go with the vacuum. If they are not sold with the vac, you can bet that they are in a box of “junk” that will sell for a dollar or two.
