  1. i think they put those kind of labels on items due to theft. theres a value village by my house that use the same kind, i hate them! I bought an old antique radio onece and they put it right on the plastic screen for the tuning dial.

  2. Vaseline works good for lube too. Didn’t know you were in the USAF – I retired from it in 95, my oldest son came out on medical in about 3 months too from BMTS – tore the area where his appendectomy was done too soon before the doctor said he was ok to go to basic. I spent 8 yrs of my 2 decades at Chanute as a technical instructor in the air launched cruise missile course and electronics principles. I miss some things, glad I’m out on others.

  3. Wow nice job on the vac did you get to stay in the Airforce after you got hurt? 4. @SlackJones1 Yes, it is cheaply built. The vacuum I gave my grandfather was brand new, with about 40 new bags and a spare belt. I also gave him a relatively new television with solid wood stand, a VCR/DVD combo, and I pay for his cable TV, not to mention I drive him all over god’s creation and don’t charge him a dime for it. Trust me; we’re good!

  5. ugh i spent this morning scooping peanut butter out of the fan chamber of one of those. the perks of being a vacuum cleaner repair man.

  6. I also found it amazing what a good brushroll rebuild did for my hoovers. they were quieter and worked better than new
