Well, 4 days ago it was a pile of red painted polystyrene. Now it’s a glued and taped up Red Arrows Hawk. Took it for it’s maiden flight and it worked! It seems a bit underpowered and the controls are very sensitive, but it looks great in the air. Sounds a bit like a small car vacuum cleaner. Sorry about the bad quality of the footage. I only had my USB camera with me. About 10 minutes later I was told I’m not allowed to fly at this site any more and then I noticed a big sign banning radio control models has appeared!

Keep it as a spare at the moment. But I might upgrade one of them with a bigger motor!
