when i was a kid i used to love to open up washers and see how they worked .
do you do any repairs to your models of vacs
Oh yes, I’ve gained the confidence to do it over the years, despite some bugger-ups!
I also know a sympathetic repair shop, which is useful when I reach the limits of my knowledge 🙂

The Hoover Junior deluxe was only produced in Yellow/Black and Green/off white. The Starlight Junior came in red and also midnight blue.
Who has got any U.S. Hoover vacuum cleaner advertisements on tape, from these particular eras (slogans included): 1974-77 (“Insist on Hoover”), 1977-88 (“America Trusts Hoover (To Take Care of Its Homes)”) and 1988-93 (“Hoover Invented It”)?
Wasn’t the Starlight the more upscale version of this?
Yes the starlight had a headlight and bag full indicator but was replaced by the Junior Deluxe.
