as far as I am aware, most Panasonic uprights have the complete edge cleaning brushes. My UK 1992 MCE-53 has them
I see you have a video. I have never seen one with the side brushes before until I bought one. The brush roll spins like crazy fast and takes forever to wind down win you take it out of carpet mode.
This is the only model I’ve ever seen with these brush wheels on the side. None of my other ones have it and I’ve got about 8 different models. Can you post a picture of yours. thanks
